Police appeal after burglary at house in Titchfield

HAMPSHIRE POLICE are appealing for witnesses to come forward following a burglary in Fareham early last week when three watches were stolen from a house.

The incident occurred at about 12.40pm in Hunts Pond Road, Titchfield Common, on Tuesday, August 31.

According to Hampshir Constabulary on Friday, September 3, witnesses reported seeing an unknown man entering the property while another waited outside the front.

But further investigations have indicated that two men were seen running away from the address. The man waiting outside was picked up by a gold-coloured people carrier.

The men are all described as being at least 5ft 10ins tall, between 20 and 30 years of age and wearing black baseball caps and black face coverings.

The two men seen leaving the house were wearing dark jeans and jumpers, while the man outside the address wore a dark, short sleeved T-shirt and pale coloured shorts.

Police are now keen to hear from anyone who can assist their enquiries, in particular people who may have captured dash cam or CCTV footage with the men or the gold-coloured vehicle.

Anyone with information should call 101 immediately, quoting the reference 44210347891. They can also call Crimestoppers via the phone number 0800 555 111.
