Shopping centre advertises special Halloween event

FAREHAM SHOPPING CENTRE have invited all local shoppers to enjoy a spectacular exhibition of themed Halloween activities to be held next weekend; the event organisers announcing further information in a press release on Thursday morning (October 19) as they look to build upon their successful calendar of free themed occasions so far during 2023.
Activities will run from 11am to 3pm next Saturday (October 28) in Osborn Square, where the main attraction is likely to be a Trick or Treat style Spin to Win game. Participants will be urged to spin a huge wheel and will be shown examples of magic if landing on ‘trick’; whilst spinning ‘treat’ is due to see them rewarded with chocolate to satisfy all sweet teeth.
Children are invited to embrace those true spirit of Halloween by coming dressed in their most creative and imaginative costumes, whilst they are invited to enjoy the big delight of face painting with parental permission. A costume parade is also scheduled to take place at regular intervals, whilst the Instagram style filter can allow for all social media inclusion.
Centre Manager, Mike Taylor, said, “We are excited to bring this unique Halloween experience to our community. It is a fantastic way for families and friends to come together, have fun and celebrate this spookiest time of the year. This is a event that is free to attend and promises an unforgettable day of laughter, surprises and Halloween magic. So do mark your calendars, put on a costume, and head down for an afternoon of trickery and treats that will leave you bewitched.”
