Shopping Centre advertises summer superhero event

FAREHAM SHOPPING CENTRE have invited local residents to attend an “unique” superhero spectucular event that is scheduled to take place later this summer; which hopes to inspire the “creative minds” of young shoppers and families in a ‘free’ occassion that looks to build upon previous Mothers Day / Easter themed workshops seen earlier in the year.
Shoppers are urged to visit Osborn Square between the hours of 11am and 3pm on June 1 (Saturday), where they will be a desiginated space opposite B&M and Debenhams for this event. Visitors will be able to decorate their own masks, cuffs and capes in their chosen way; allowing participants to enjoy transforming themselves into their dream superhero.
They will further be allowed to wear their finished superhero outfits and could also learn what it takes to be one; a short ‘masterclass’ being held by staff. The materials are completely free and outfits can be taken home by all participants on the day; making this a perfect occassion and activity to end this spring half term holiday beginning from Friday, May 24.
Centre Manager, Mike Taylor, commented online: “We are delighted to invite families to the Centre this half term for our superhero event. This event aims to inspire the creative minds of the little ones and offers them the opportunity to learn all new skills. Don’t miss this (rare) opportunity to get fully immersed in the world of superheroes during this free event.”
Readers can find out further information about the ‘Halloween’ events and others by clicking on the Fareham Shopping Centre website, which further features a layout map of all stores and small businesses. Alternatively they can also visit social media platforms including their Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, or contacting the dedicated team on this email.
