E-Fit released in Fareham sexual assault enquiries

HAMPSHIRE CONSTABULARY have announced the release of “e-fit” imagery portraying an unidentified man that they are looking to speak with regarding an incident at Fareham Bus Station back in mid-February; which saw a teenage girl suspiciously approached and furthermore sexually assaulted whilst waiting for her bus travel out from the Town Centre.

It is reported that the seventeen year old was approached at approximately 6:40am on February 17 (Saturday) with the man asking a number of questions. He then pushed his chest into hers before making several inappropriate comments before he walked away from the scene; this incident being reported to the police by the young victim shortly afterwards.

Officers have since been carrying out various lines of enquiry and they are keen to talk with the man seen in the image. He is described as being black and aged between 35-39 years old with a slim build, whilst also being around 6ft 4ins in height. This male also had short black hair, tight curls, a goatee style beard and was wearing black clothing at this time.
