Fareham ‘pillar of community’ pet store up for sale

A WELL-KNOWN and highly regarded dog shop in Fareham, Nelly’s Woofers, is up for sale, with its owner deciding to relocate.

The pet supply business is located on a the town’s busy high street and has been described as ‘the pillar of the community’.

Nelly’s Woofers is on the market with Hilton Smythe Business Advisors, a national firm that assists with the buying and selling of businesses.

The highly regarded shop, which is known for developing close relationships in the canine industry as well as between dogs and their owners, sells everything from healthy dog food treats, dog toys and accessories, while also offering harness fittings.

Owner Nelly Moss said: “I have loved every minute of being part of such a wonderful shop and community but unfortunately, I am relocating for personal reasons.
